At Luxverse, every timepiece we sell is 100% genuine and authentic. We understand that purchasing a luxury watch is a significant investment, and your confidence in its authenticity is paramount.
Our Authenticity Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell with an unconditional authenticity guarantee. If for any reason a product you receive from Luxverse is found to be anything other than genuine, we will provide a full refund or replacement at your discretion — no questions asked.

- Every item is inspected before dispatch to verify authenticity and condition
- We do not sell replica, or counterfeit goods — ever
- All serial numbers and reference numbers are verified against manufacturer records where applicable

How We Source Our Products
Luxverse works exclusively with authorised distributors and reputable suppliers internationally. Our sourcing process includes:
- Authorised supply chains: We purchase directly from the original manufacturer or brand-authorised distributors, ensuring full traceability from source to your door
- Documentation verification: All products arrive with original documentation, certificates of authenticity, and original packaging where applicable
- Pre-shipment inspection: Each item is reviewed by our team before dispatch to confirm it matches the listed specifications and is in the described condition
Luxverse Warranty Against Defects
As our goods are overseas-imported products from various years, the original manufacturer's warranty may have expired. To ensure your peace of mind, Luxverse provides its own 2-year Warranty Against Defects from the date of purchase.
Under this warranty, if your goods prove defective due to improper workmanship or materials within 2 years of purchase, we will repair or replace the goods at our discretion. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
