Baume & Mercier Clifton GMT 10316. Flawlessly urbane, the Clifton 10316 is a polished automatic GMT watch with a sun satin-finished blue dial, powerful stainless steel case and black alligator strap. It features a dual time complication at 12 o’clock, power reserve at 6 o’clock and a square date aperture at 3 o’clock. The rhodium plated watch hands and Arabic numeral indexes complete the modern aesthetic of this Swiss-made power reserve watch. It comes with automatic movement, visible beneath the crystal case back.

    - If possible, we will deliver the products to the delivery address you provide when making your order. We currently deliver to areas as set out on the Site. Please refer to the delivery information on the Site to ensure you are in our delivery area. If you are not in our delivery area please contact us to discuss delivery options.

    - Delivery costs are set out on the Site.

    - We normally dispatch products within 48 hours of receiving an order, unless the order is a Pre-order, a Backorder or a Special Order, otherwise noted on the Site. Any delivery periods displayed on the Site are estimates only, based on the information provided by the delivery company.

    - If you need to change the delivery date or delivery address, please notify us immediately in writing.

    - We deliver the products using Australia Post. You may need to sign for some deliveries. If neither you nor your authorized representative is at the delivery address to accept delivery, the delivery company will generally deliver the products to your nearest post office.

    - Title to the products will remain with us until you have paid us the Price in full in accordance with the Terms. Until title passes, you must not do anything which seeks to create an encumbrance, lien, charge or other interest in or over the products.

    - Risk in the products will pass to you immediately upon commencement of the dispatch of the products from our supplier’s location. You may wish to pay an additional fee to cover any damage that may occur during the dispatch and delivery of the products. If you decide not to pay for coverage or damage that may occur during the dispatch and delivery of the products, you agree that we will have no Liability for damage to the products.

    - Current Covid-19 will affect the actual delivery dates.

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at hello@luxverse.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues 
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items 
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges 
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    Refunds 
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
